Keywords:
Ibermuseus, plano museológico, capacitação profissionalAbstract
A little more than ten years ago, in the capital of Bahia, we participated in the organization of the First Ibero-American Meeting of Museums, where the Declaration of the City of Salvador was drafted, a protocol of commitments regarding the adoption of guidelines and strategies for the implementation of public policies for the museums and Museology of Ibero-America. Among the lines of action, it is worth mentioning the promotion of a training and capacity building program in the area, which facilitates the exchange between institutions and professionals. In this sense, the Ibermuseus Scholarship Program was created, in which we present a proposal of residence to be developed at the National Archaeological Museum of Spain, dealing with the theme "Museological Plan". The objective of this report is to present the results of this experience, highlighting the magnification of the multiplier potential of the project on canvas by choosing to develop it in the aforementioned museum, as well as similarities and specificities from Brazilian and Spanish context.Downloads
